Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with NordRider.

We offer a 14-day return policy in accordance with EU consumer protection laws. This means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused
• The item must be in its original packaging
• The item must be in the same condition as received
• Proof of purchase is required

Returns must be approved before sending any item back. Once approved, you will receive detailed instructions and the correct return address.

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Please note that electric bikes are large and heavy products, and return shipping costs may be significant.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include clear photos of the issue so we can resolve it quickly.

We will provide replacement parts, exchange, or refund where appropriate.

Non-returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Used items
• Items not in original condition
• Gift cards
• Sale items
• Items damaged due to misuse

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest method is to return the original item after approval and place a new order.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
